Join Dixie at Tickled Pink Women's Expo

Hey there, it’s time! Time for you to join Dixie Electric, Plumbing & Air to aid in the fight against breast cancer. October is breast cancer awareness month, and again this year we are taking part in the Catch Me In Pink™ campaign. We’re going to kick things off by taking part in the Tickled Pink Women’s Expo which focuses won women’s health. We hope you will come out and meet the Dixie team at our booth. The expo is at the Multiplex at Cramton Bowl in Montgomery, and is sponsored by the Alabama News Network. All ticket sales benefit the Joy to Life Foundation, which provides mammograms and other life-saving service to Alabama women who might otherwise not be able to afford them.

At the expo you can talk with our team members about the #CatchMeInPink campaign. All throughout October our Dixie employees will be wearing their pink clothing. When you see them, just ask to take a photo with them (only you and the employee) and when you post the photo on your social media site with the hashtag #CatchMeInPink, Dixie will donate $5 to the Joy to Life Foundation. You will also be automatically entered to win some awesome prizes, like $25 Visa® gift cards or the national grand prize: a tropical vacation for two!
The easiest way to get a photo with one or our employees (we call it an #usie) is to do it during your next service call. You can schedule that service when you come to visit us at the tickled pink event. If you need more information or just want to learn more about Catch Me In Pink™, go to our Facebook page.
Catch Me In Pink™ and community events like the Tickled Pink Women’s Expo are just two of the ways Dixie Electric, Plumbing & Air gives back to the communities we serve. Dixie, 110 years old and going strong.
