Every Dixie employee maintains safety in every action, on every project, every day. Strict adherence to safety is our company’s highest priority. Dixie takes every step to provide a safe work environment for all employees and all contractors.
For example, all of our electricians are required to meet the NFPA 70E requirements for safe work practices. It was developed by the National Fire Protection Association at the request of OSHA. It means our employees are trained to avoid workplace injuries and deaths due to shock, electrocution, arc flash, and arc blast.
In addition, our Electricians, plumbers and HVAC technicians receive one or two training sessions a week in-house, and attend outside professional training to update their technical skills.
