Dixie Cares Maintenance Plan

Your Dixie Cares Plan qualifies you for FIVE on-site visits to your home each year. We will service your heating and cooling systems twice, provide a safety check of your home’s electrical system and inspect its plumbing system. And, if you need us for other visits during the year, your membership moves you to the front of the line and you never pay an overtime charge.

You will receive a full electrical safety inspection to spot any new problem areas before they become a hazard to you and your family. This service will help prevent damage to electronics, air conditioning and heating equipment and appliances, as well as help prevent potential fires caused by electrical issues.

Even minor drips or leaky toilets can waste hundreds of gallons of water each month, costing you extra money on your water bill.

Your Dixie Cares Plan includes an annual plumbing system tune-up and inspection. The service can detect problems early before damage is done, as well as extend the life of your plumbing system.

Dixie Cares Plan Terms and Conditions

All listed Dixie Cares Plan benefits are included plus a lifetime warranty on all eligible products, devices, and equipment supplied and installed by our company, excluding lightbulbs, motorized equipment, emergency power generators, nonpremier plumbing fixtures and equipment, pumps, water conditioners, water filters, HVAC equipment and accessories. Any eligible product, device or equipment that fails to perform as designed will be repaired or replaced at no additional charge for as long as the Dixie Cares Plan membership is in good standing. Failure of any eligible product, device or equipment through abuse, misuse, neglect, vandalism, fire, flood, earthquake or other acts of God (force majeure) will not be covered. The results of ordinary wear and tear such as scratches or finish blemishes will not constitute causes for replacement. Maintenance or alterations of eligible products, devices, and equipment by anyone other than our company will void this warranty. All tune-ups and inspections included in this agreement must be performed during normal business hours Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM excluding holidays. There will be an additional fee required in order to perform these included services outside of normal business hours. In order to receive these included tune-ups and inspections you must contact our office during normal business hours and request an appointment. The date and appointment window will be scheduled based on availability. In order to ensure proper operation of your HVAC system we must perform two tune-ups per year. This also insures compliance of the warranty provided by the manufactures. During these visits our technician will make any necessary adjustments and maintenance of your HVAC system. Installations must comply with all local codes. Additional repairs may be required for safe and efficient performance of your HVAC system, these additional repairs will incur additional charges. Other conditions may be required for eligibility as determined by our technician. All Dixie Cares Plan monthly membership agreements are for a term of no less than one year (12 consecutive months). We may, at our discretion, provide notice at least 60 days in advance of any renewal term, of a monthly charge increase. After said notice of increase, you shall have thirty days to provide us with written notice of your cancellation of the Dixie Cares Plan Agreement if you do not wish to renew. All accounts must be in good standing prior to any service being performed under the plan. Further, excluding charges may be modified as set forth in the Dixie Cares Plan agreement. You are responsible for all excluded charges as incurred during the first one year (12 months) of the agreement.
